The launch ceremony of the ‘Green Clubs’ was held today at Hilton Colombo. The Green Clubs concept was part of the Budget 2019 presented by Finance Minister Mangala Samaraweera, which proposes to grow 2.5 million plants across the country. Pix by Pradeep Dilrukshana
