The vibrant Turkish culinary and cultural showcase, Flavours of Türkiye, returns to Shangri-La Colombo from November 1 to 9, at the Central Restaurant. In collaboration with the Embassy of Türkiye, the event features four guest chefs Ali Taşpınar, Caner Dolu, Ali Dönmez, and Feyzullah Kalkan who join Shangri-La’s culinary team to present an array of authentic Turkish dishes, from succulent kebabs and flaky börek to creamy hummus and pistachio-laced baklava.
