Diesel bowser topples in Hatton

A bowser transporting 33, 000 liters of Diesel from Muthurajawela to Kotagala had toppled at the Malliappuwa on the Hatton-Colombo main road today. A large amount of Diesel flowed down the drains in to the Hatton Oya. Pix by Ranjith Rajapaksha
