President Maithripala Sirisena was the Chief Guest of the Army Cadet’s passing out ceremony held at the Military Academy in Diyatalawa today. Secretary Defence Kapila Vaidhyarathne and Army Commander Lt. Gen. Mahesh Senanayake were also present. 191 soldiers- including 29 women officers- received their certificates at the ceremony.
