Softlogic Life PLC to acquire Allianz Life Insurance Lanka Limited

Softlogic Life Insurance PLC has agreed to buy all shares of Allianz Life Insurance Lanka Limited from Allianz SE, taking full ownership of the company.

In a stock market filing today, Softlogic Life confirmed the deal , however,noted that it still needs approval from Sri Lanka's Insurance Regulatory Commission.

"Further updates will be provided as the transaction progresses," the company said.
