HNB Assurance recently celebrated the successful completion of the Certified Sales Manager Programme, conducted in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM), marking a significant milestone in the professional development of its sales leadership team.

Initiated for the sales management of the Partnership Channel of HNB Assurance, this programme stands as the first initiative of its kind within the insurance industry, where the sales managers were formally

certified under a structured professional framework designed to enhance leadership, strategic thinking and advanced sales capabilities.
