Court suspends disposing of all CML MTD Construction Limited assets

Commercial High Court Colombo has issued an order against CML MTD Construction Limited which belongs to Walkers Group preventing them from alienating/disposing assets worth nearly Rs.560.0 million.
This was issued at the request of the People’s Bank pursuant to the debt recovery actions initiated by them against the defaulted borrowing company CML MTD Construction Limited.
