Brewing the Perfect Blend: SAAC 2025 kicks off in Colombo

The fourth South Asian Actuarial Conference (SAAC 2025) kicked off in Colombo this week under the theme ‘Brewing the Perfect Blend: Actuaries, the Master Blenders of Risk’.

Hosted by the Actuarial Association of Sri Lanka (AASL), the event is taking place from 18 to 20 June.

Just as master tea blenders craft the perfect brew, actuaries combine data, analytics, and expertise to balance risk and opportunity.
