Technocity unveils Lenovo Evolve’25 featuring AMD’s Krackan Point APU

In a landmark event that reaffirms its commitment to advancing Sri Lanka’s digital landscape, Lenovo, the global technology giant, together with The Technocity Pvt Ltd, hosted the Technocity Edition of Lenovo Evolve’25 at the Shangri-La Hotel, Colombo.
The event marked a significant milestone in Lenovo’s journey in Sri Lanka, featuring the exclusive launch of AMD’s highly anticipated Krackan Point APUs — a next-generation lineup of Ryzen AI Accelerated Processing Units tailored for mainstream laptops. This new product line provides a powerful and cost-effective alternative to the premium Strix Point series, bringing cutting-edge AI experiences into the hands of everyday users.
During the event, Technocity and Lenovo jointly introduced a full suite of AI-powered solutions, including the Lenovo Yoga, Slim 5, Slim 5 2-in-1, and a newly launched line of AI-powered desktops and monitors. These products, equipped with AMD’s Krackan Point AI APUs, offer enhanced performance, intelligent features, and an intuitive user experience—catering to consumers, businesses, and creators alike.
The event also saw participation from Lenovo’s South Asian teams, including members from Bangladesh, highlighting Lenovo’s deep regional commitment.
