Strathspey Estate celebrates World Children’s Day

Strathspey Estate, situated in Upcot, managed by Maskeliya Plantations PLC, which is owned by Richard Pieris Group of Companies, celebrated the World Children’s Day on October 1, 2016.

The children below the age of 10 years from all six divisions of this plantation were invited to celebrate this day at the Strathspey Estate Cultural Hall. Many special programmes were organised to display their talents in the presence of their parents, audience and large gatherings. A drama was staged by the children at this memorable occasion.

The executives, staff and the parents of the children organised this event recognizing the talent of the children.
