SL’s financial inclusion strategy gets spotlight at AFI Forum in Namibia

CBSL Governor Dr. Nandalal Weerasinghe took centre stage at the AFI Global Financial Inclusion Policy Forum in Namibia, sharing Sri Lanka’s roadmap for digital inclusion and inclusive growth. 

He engaged with global policymakers on competition in the financial sector, led regional dialogues, and reinforced Sri Lanka’s commitment to building resilient, equitable financial ecosystems that leave no one behind.

This year’s Forum, co-hosted by the Bank of Namibia, convened 780 distinguished global policymakers, financial regulators, and AFI strategic partners from across the world under the transformative theme “Empowering Society, Enabling Growth”.
