SLASSCOM has partnered with AIA Insurance as the official Wellness Partner for its flagship Mind • Body • Soul Wellness Series 2026, strengthening SLASSCOM’s efforts to champion healthier, more connected workplaces across Sri Lanka’s knowledge and innovation industry.

This collaboration marks an important step in advancing employee experience and workplace culture across Sri Lanka’s rapidly growing knowledge and innovation industry. It reflects a shared vision to create environments where mental agility, physical wellness and creative expression are recognised as essential parts of building resilient and high-performing teams.

The Mind • Body • Soul series is structured around three signature initiatives designed to support workforce resilience and employee engagement across the industry.

Mega Mind will focus on sharpening cognitive ability, problem-solving and mental agility through knowledge-driven engagement experiences. Fit Hit promotes healthier lifestyles through fitness challenges, wellness activities and its flagship 5KM run. Ctrl Alt Rock brings teams together through music, performance and creative expression, creating space for expression, connection and shared experiences beyond the workplace.

Through this partnership, AIA Insurance joins SLASSCOM in promoting a broader approach to workplace wellness, recognising the growing importance of employee well-being in building stronger organisations and sustainable workplace cultures.

At a time when organisations are increasingly focused on employee engagement, burnout, retention and workplace culture, the partnership signals a broader shift towards more people-centric workplaces across the industry.

SLASSCOM Chairperson Shehani Seneviratne stated, “Through the Mind, Body, Soul series, we aim to create a more balanced workplace experience by bringing together mental strength, physical wellness and creative expression into one unified platform. We are pleased to welcome AIA Insurance as our Wellness Partner in this journey.”

An AIA Insurance representative added, “At AIA, we believe in helping people live healthier, longer, better lives. Our partnership with SLASSCOM aligns perfectly with our mission to support healthier workplaces and stronger employee communities within Sri Lanka’s growing knowledge and innovation industry.”

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to raising the standard of workplace wellness across the industry. Beyond traditional wellness programmes, the initiative aims to create healthier and more connected workplaces where the employees are supported not only professionally but personally as well.

It also creates new opportunities for industry-wide engagement, collaboration and community building through shared experiences that bring teams together beyond day-to-day work.

The Mind • Body • Soul Series 2026 will bring together leading knowledge and innovation companies, HR leaders and wellness advocates in a collective effort to shape healthier and more connected workplaces across Sri Lanka.
