HNB has returned as the Official Banking Partner for DMASL Digital Summit 2025, reaffirming its continued commitment to digital innovation and industry development.
Scheduled for July 24 and 25, at Waters Edge, Colombo, the summit is expected to draw digital professionals, creators and business leaders from across South Asia.
Now in its third edition, the DMASL Digital Summit has evolved into a pivotal regional platform for dialogue on marketing, content strategy and emerging technologies.
This year’s programme brings together more than 25 speakers from across Asia-Pacific, including creative strategists, growth leaders and technology specialists for two days of insight-driven discussions, hands-on workshops and practical knowledge sharing around AI, e-commerce, content innovation and data intelligence.
Highlighting the importance of such collaborative spaces, HNB Chief Operating Officer Sanjay Wijemanne reflected on how transformation is not only about adopting digital tools but also about shifting mindsets and enabling better outcomes.
He said, “Our involvement with the DMASL Summit reflects our belief that digital transformation is about more than systems or tools. It’s about how we evolve as organisations and how we shape value for our customers. As a bank, we continue to invest in technology but equally in conversations like this where knowledge is exchanged, partnerships are formed and ideas take shape that benefit the broader economy.”
HNB Head of Marketing Upul Adikari said, “We are proud to support this initiative, which brings together some of the most forward-thinking professionals in the region. For HNB, digital engagement is not a side project. It’s central to how we operate and how we serve. This summit provides space to challenge assumptions, explore new directions and align around the opportunities ahead.”
HNB’s presence at the summit includes support for select sessions and networking activations, further reinforcing its role as a champion of inclusive, technology-led growth. The bank’s partnership with DMASL reflects a broader institutional strategy to equip businesses and individuals with the tools to adapt, scale and thrive in an increasingly connected world.
