Dreams Registrations appoints Nilanka Anthony as Chief Operating Officer

Dreams Registrations has strengthened its leadership structure with the appointment of Ms. Nilanka Anthony as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective 1 October 2025.

Ms. Anthony brings more than 26 years of experience as a results-driven HR and operations professional, with expertise in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, performance optimization, compliance, and organizational development.

She has led major transformation initiatives across manufacturing, construction engineering, BPO, hospitality, logistics, and global mobility services, earning recognition for award-winning HR practices and successful ISO-standard implementations.

Announcing the appointment, the company’s leadership said Ms. Anthony brings “unparalleled expertise, strategic vision, and a steadfast commitment to operational excellence,” noting that her leadership will help optimise internal systems, enhance service standards and support the company’s next phase of growth.

As COO, Ms. Anthony will oversee operational strategy, strengthen enterprise efficiency, and refine the company’s organisational framework to support scalable expansion. She will also lead key initiatives across emerging service areas while ensuring alignment with governance, compliance, and performance benchmarks.
