Darley Butler raises stake in York Arcade Holdings above 10%

York Arcade Holdings PLC disclosed that Darley Butler & Company Limited has increased its stake in the company beyond the 10 percent threshold, following a series of market transactions on January 23, 2026.

The disclosure shows that Darley Butler acquired 10 million ordinary shares, at Rs.13.00 each and an additional five million shares, at Rs.13.60 each. These purchases raised the company’s total holding to 15.9 million shares, representing 10.6 percent of York Arcade Holdings’ issued share capital.

Before the transactions, Darley Butler held 900,000 shares, equivalent to 0.6 percent of the company’s issued shares.
