Asian Alliance seeks shareholder nod to change name

Asian Alliance Insurance PLC is to call an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to obtain shareholder nod to change its name to Softlogic Life Insurance PLC.

The EGM will be held on October 11 at 10.30 a.m. at 4th floor of The Central Hospital on Norris Canal road.
