Agalawatte Plantations welcomes Manoj Udugampola to director board

Agalawatte Plantations announce the appointment of Manoj Udugampola to its Board of Directors, effective from 08/05/2025. 
With over 33 years of service in the plantation industry, Udugampola brings a wealth of experience to the organization.  
He is currently serving as a Director of Damro Holdings Private Ltd and Marino Leisure Holdings Private Ltd. 
Beginning his career in 1992 as a Trainee Assistant Superintendent under the Janatha Estates Development Board (JEBD), he moved to Pussellawa Plantations Ltd (PPL) following the estate privatization later that year.  
Udugampola holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wayamba and also has obtained a specialized training from the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITC/ILO) in Italy. He is a Fellow Member of both the National Institute of Plantations Management (NIPM) and the Plastics and Rubber Institute of Sri Lanka (PRISL).  
In addition to his current leadership roles, Udugampola served as the Chairman of the Colombo Rubber Traders’ Association (CRTA) in 2022/23 and 2023/24.
