SL condemns attack on Indian Air Force base

The Sri Lankan government strongly condemned the terrorist attack on the Indian Air Force base in Pathankot on Saturday.

"The Government and people of Sri Lanka extend condolences to the victims and their families in the terrorist attack," a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry said yesterday.

It said Sri Lanka remained committed to work with countries in the region and beyond to combat terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
