Six injured in Expressway accident

At least six persons were injured due to an accident near Kurundugahahatemma entrance of the Southern Expressway this afternoon, the Police said.

They said the accident occurred when a cab coming from Ambalangoda to Colombo had lost control and crashed in to the protective railing.

Police said the injured who were residents of Ambalangoda were admitted to the Elpitiya Hospital.(DS)
