The Excise Department has increased the prices of foreign and local liquor with effect from October 10, the department announced today.
Accordingly, the price of an arrack proof litre has been increased by Rs. 90, foreign liquor proof litre by Rs. 120 while Beer (alcohol volume over 5%) by Rs.15 and (alcohol volume less than 5%) by Rs. 10.
