French Ambassador Eric Lavertu identified with the situation in Sri Lanka during a meeting with Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa to discuss bilateral ties yesterday at Temple Trees.
“We’re all in the same boat” Ambassador Lavertu told Prime Minister Rajapaksa.
He added that Sri Lanka's low COVID-19 related death rate is indicative of the good healthcare infrastructure the country has invested in throughout the years.
