Water bills amounting to Rs.7,500 mn unpaid : Water Board

A large number of consumers, including households, commercial enterprises, government agencies and schools owe the National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) nearly Rs. 7,500 million by April 2022, officials revealed.

This was revealed during the progress review meeting of the Ministry of Water Supply and Drainage chaired by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the President's House, Colombo, yesterday (15), President's Media Division said.
