Vehicle gutted by fire on Southern Expressway

Colombo, September 10 (Daily Mirror) - Heavy traffic was reported this morning after a vehicle caught fire at the Kottawa interchange on the Southern Expressway, the Road Development Authority said.

Southern Expressway fire fighters have doused the flames.
