US mayor records lewd video for girlfriend, mistakenly sends to city attorney

India Today - A mayor in the United States has resigned after sending a sexually explicit video to the local city attorney. Tom Ross, the now-former mayor of Minot in North Dakota, admitted that he 'mistakenly' sent a video of himself masturbating on his lunch break to City Attorney Stefanie Stalheim.

“I do take responsibility for this mistake. I tried to immediately correct it and was unable,” Ross said in a statement to KFYR TV. He also said that he had meant to send the video to his girlfriend.
