Term of 337 local bodies to begin by June 2, 2025

Colombo, Feb 19 (Daily Mirror) - Minister of Provincial Councils and Local Government A.H.M.H. Abeyratne has gazetted a new regulation under the Municipal Ordinance and Pradeshiya Sabha Ordinance declaring that the new term of 334 local bodies will have to begin by June 2, 2025.
