Sulaiman killing: Eight suspects remanded

Eight suspects, who were arrested over the killing of businessman, Mohammad Sulaiman, were ordered to be remanded till September 15 by the Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court today.

The suspects are residents of Adurupuweediya, Sedawatta, Wellampitiya, Colombo 12 and 14.

The CCD informed court that according to the JMO's report the Bambalapitiya businessman had died from the injuries he suffered after being assaulted by a blunt weapon. (Shehan Chamika Silva)
