Services at transport medical institute to resume Monday

The services provided by the National Transport Medical Institute (NTMI) will resume on Monday (4), after the quarantine and travel restrictions imposed due to the vast spread of the COVID-19 virus in the country, NTMI Chairman and Chief Executive officer Dr. Savindra Gamage said.

Dr. Gamage requested the people who wish to avail the services to contact the department by dialling 225 from any mobile network or 1225 from any landline. 

He also requested the general public to visit the department's official website, www.ntmi.lk or contact them through the e-channel app to reserve a date and time before entering the department premises.

"The people who reserve date and time through the e-channelling and those who could not be served, will be notified of a fresh date and time in the future," Dr. Gamage said. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
