Schoolboy entering Dalada Maligawa as Buddhist monk arrested

Colombo, April 25 (Daily Mirror) -A schoolboy who attempted to enter the Sri Dalada Maligawa, clad as a Buddhist monk was arrested by the police.

The suspect is identified as a 18-year-old schoolboy, a resident of Kirallawela, Gampaha.

He was arrested while attempting to enter the Dalada Maligawa thorugh a queue dedicated for Buddhist monks.

Kandy police are investigating into the incident.
