Sajith should act as Opposition Leader, not as SJB leader: Joint Opposition

Colombo, May 5 (Daily Mirror) - Sajith Premadasa should act as the Opposition Leader and should work with all Opposition political parties, former Minister Dilan Perera said on behalf of the Joint Opposition.

“Premadasa should act as the leader of the Opposition rather than being the leader of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB), Perera told the media while coming out after a discussion of Joint Opposition members at the residence of Professor G.L. Peiris.

“Premadasa should work with former President and UNP leader Ranil Wickremeisinghe if he prefers a one man show,” former MP Ajith Mannaperuma said.
