Ranil thanks everyone who backed him during his arrest

Colombo, September 1 (Daily Mirror) - Former President Ranil Wickremesinghe, in a short special statement, thanked everyone including online media channels who backed him during his recent arrest.

“I thank those who backed me, including online news channels, during the time I was arrested. I hope to meet everyone personally on another day,” Wickremesinghe said in his special statement.
