Ranil arrives at Bribery Commission

Colombo,April 28 (Daily Mirror) - Former President Ranil Wickremesinghe appeared before the Bribery Commission and is testifying at the moment, his office confirmed.

Wickremesinghe was summoned before the Commission over a statement he made concerning the probe on former Uva Province Chief Minister Chamara Samapth Dassanayake.

Dassanayake is probed for withdrawing banked funds of the Uva Provincial Council.
