Public servants seeking overseas jobs asked to register with SLBFE

Public servants who are looking for employment overseas are given the opportunity to register themselves with the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE), Labour and Foreign Employment Minister Manusha Nanayakkara said.

He said the Public servants can enter their information by visiting the SLBFE official website.

The Minister pointed out that steps have been taken with the intervention of the Labour and Foreign Employment Ministry to provide the opportunity for public servants to go abroad for jobs.

He said this is an expeditious programme to bring in foreign exchange which the country needs desperately.

The minister further stated that the government officials interested in seeking overseas jobs can enter their details from 9:00 pm tonight via the SLBFE official website. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
