Prime Minister Harini to attend Global Leaders’ Meeting on Women in China

Colombo, Oct. 10 (Daily Mirror) - Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya is scheduled to visit China from October 12 to 15, 2025 to attend the “Global Leaders' Meeting on Women”, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism said.

During her visit, the Prime Minister will deliver a speech at the “Global Leaders' Meeting on Women” jointly organised by China and UN Women on the theme "One Shared Future: New & Accelerated Process for Women’s All-round Development", in Beijing.

The Prime Minister will also have several high level meetings, including with President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Qiang.
