Over 15 senior police officers transferred with immediate effect

Colombo, May 23 (Daily Mirror) - The National Police Commission has approved a series of immediate transfers and new appointments affecting 16 Officers-in-Charge (OICs) across various police stations and divisions in Sri Lanka.

In a statement issued by Police Headquarters, it was confirmed that 12 Chief Inspectors of Police (CIs) and four Inspectors of Police (IPs) have been transferred with immediate effect.
