The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) again reiterated that no permission was given to the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) to impose power cuts during the Advanced Level (A/L) Examination and until the end of the examination on February 17.
While issuing a notice, PUCSL chairman Janaka Rathnayake requested the public and the consumers to bring to his notice in writing if any unauthorized power cuts are imposed by the CEB.
Accordingly, the PUCSL has published an email address, "[email protected]," a fax number, 0112392641, and a WhatsApp number, 0775687387, for the public to send their complaints. (Chaturanga Pradeep Samarawickrama)
