Namal Rajapaksa arrives at CID

Colombo , April 7 (Daily Mirror)- Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) MP Namal Rajapaksa arrived at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) this morning.

Last week, the CID informed the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court that they have launched an investigation into allegations that Namal Rajapaksa fraudulently obtained his Attorney-at-Law qualification. 

The probe was initiated based on a complaint lodged by the Citizens’ Power Against Bribery and Corruption.
