Most SJB seniors to enter Parliament through national list this year

Colombo, October 8 (Daily Mirror) - Most of the senior members of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) are expected to enter Parliament through the national list this year, a former MP from the party said today.

Former SJB MP and Polonnaruwa District Leader Kings Nelson told a media briefing that most of the senior members of the party are anticipated to enter Parliament via the national list.

"Most of our senior members, including General Secretary Ranjith Madduma Bandara, are expected to come through the national list this year," Nelson said.

However, he said that Party Leader Sajith Premadasa will contest from the Colombo district again this time.
