MP Chamara Sampath remanded in separate bribery case

Colombo, March 27 (Daily Mirror) - Badulla district MP Chamara Sampath Dassanayake, who was previously granted bail in two bribery cases, has now been remanded until April 1 in a separate bribery case.

Earlier today, the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption questioned the MP regarding three corruption charges, including an alleged financial irregularity during his tenure as a provincial minister.
