Lohan Ratwatte withdraws writ petition

Colombo, Dec 09 (Daily Mirror) -  A writ petition filed by former State Minister Lohan Ratwatte over a case involving an unregistered luxury vehicle, was withdrawn today before the Court of Appeal.

Counsel appearing on behalf of Lohan Ratwatte informed  court that the petitioner does not intend to proceed with the petition, as his client has already been released on bail in the unregistered vehicle case.
