Colombo, June 18 (Daily Mirror) - Minister K.D. Lalkantha dismissed allegations over his properties, saying anyone with concerns should take legal action.

Responding to claims made by Opposition MP Chamara Sampath Dassanayake that he owns two luxury houses in Kaduwela and Maharagama, Lalkantha said, "Let my houses stay where they are. You don’t need to be told where my houses are. If anyone has a problem, they can take legal action.”

His remarks came after Dassanayake alleged at a joint opposition seminar that the Minister had built two luxury houses worth millions in Kaduwela and Maharagama.

The opposition MP also claimed that Ministers in the current government had gone back on their pledge not to use new luxury vehicles.
