Colombo, Feb. 16 (Daily Mirror) - The Colombo High Court today ordered that the case filed against Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa over the ‘Krrish’ transaction be postponed till February 19.

The postponement was granted as all attorneys-at-law islandwide had decided to refrain from court work today in protest against the recent shooting incident in Akuregoda in which an attorney and his wife were killed. As a result, counsel did not appear before court today.

The Attorney General has filed this case against MP Namal Rajapaksa over allegations that he had misappropriated a sum of Rs. 70 million obtained from the Indian company Krrish, purportedly for the promotion of rugby in Sri Lanka.
