Colombo, May 29 (Daily Mirror) - A group of 30 Sri Lankans employees extradited from Kuwait for not possessing valid visas, arrived at the Bandaranaike International Airport in the early hours of last morning.
They had been arrested by the Kuwait police and detained in prisons and detention centres before they were extradited. The Sri Lankan Embassy had intervened and secured their release.
The Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau provided them travel expenses.
