Four missing, one dead due to earth slips: DMC

Four persons went missing and one died due to earth slips at the Devanagala area in Mawanella and Warakapola, the Disaster Management Centre (DMC) said.

They said the death was reported due to an earth slip in the Algama area in Warakapola this morning

Accordingly, Army troops and villagers in those areas have conduct search operations to locate the missing individuals.
