Four arrested with 12 Mn worth heroin

Four persons including a supervisor attached to the Kollonnawa Urban Council were arrested by the Padukka police with over 1 kg of heroin worth Rs. 12 million, Police said.

They said a car, two three-wheelers, four bank pass books and an electric scale were also taken into police custody.
