Ex-India animal welfare chief urges Sri Lanka not to remove dogs before Modi’s visit

The former Vice Chairman of the Animal Welfare Board of India today urged President Anura Kumara Dissanayake not to remove dogs ahead of the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit.

A letter in this regard was sent to President Dissanayake today.
