Do not panic over social media reports in South: MOD

The Ministry of Defence urged the general public of the Southern Province not to panic over the bomb threat rumour.

Reports said that the people in the Southern Province have been panicking as a result of some social media reports about Bomb Threat.

The MoD said that the Security Forces and the Police were in full control.

The Ministry said they were in close collaboration with security enforcement authorities and were alert to all such information and continuously analyzing them for necessary precautionary measures for the best interest of the general public.
