Deshabandu ordered to appear before Matara magistrate’s court on April 25

Colombo, April 21 (Daily Mirror) - Matara Magistrate Aruna Indrajith Buddhadasa has summoned former IGP Deshabandu Tennakoon to appear before the court on April 25.

The magistrate issued the summons over the allegations that he violated court orders when departing from the court premises after being granted bail on April 10.

The CID told court today that Tennakoon acted in breach of bail conditions upon leaving the court premises on April 10.
