Complaint to Pope is a fake: Mangala

Finance Minister Mangala Samaraweera has complained to the CID asking it to investigate the fabrication of a parliament letterhead on which his signature had also been forged.

Issuing a statement, his office said the letter dated June 3, 2019 on a parliament letterhead and addressed to His Holiness the Pope, which was attributed to Finance Minister Mangala Samaraweera was a fake.
