Body of elderly man found in lodge at Kotahena

The body of an elderly man was found in a lodge at Kotahena last night, Police said.

They said he had been staying in the lodge since August 21 and his body was discovered by the owner after noticing a bad odour coming out of the room.

The postmortem examination is to be conducted today.

Police are investigating.
