Attorney General Dappula de Livera requested the Chief Justice to appoint Trial-at-Bar to try Ex-Minister Ravi Karunanayake, Arjuna Mahendran, Arjun Aloysius and eight others over Central Bank Bond Scam, the AGs Coordinating Officer said.
